 Welcome
I'm an
artist specialising in portraits of dogs, cats and
horses. Originally from the UK, I am now based in
Stettler in the heart of Alberta, Canada.
My primary choice of medium is pastel, whether
it’s for a detailed head-only shot or a full body
portrait. The use of pastel brings a beautiful
soft feeling to any artwork: the depth and texture
pastel adds to the work makes it one of the most
enduringly popular mediums for animal imagery.
A specially commissioned picture, be it of a
beloved pet or a favourite scene or vista, is
truly a wonderful gift to give and to receive. It
gives you a unique way to remember a loyal
companion, or to rekindle fond memories of a
particular time and place.
Whilst
dogs and
other animals are
my speciality I have been commissioned to draw
landscapes
and paint
murals for
children's bedrooms too. So take a look at the
